Cartridge Delivery - Toner cartridges will be delivered to a single nominated address for the duration of the agreement. In the event og the nominated address changing during the course of the agreement, formal written notice is required 30 days before change is effective. Should you print more than the agreement pages, then a "pay-as-you-go" model will be adopted at market pricing for cartridges.

Insurance - Accidental damage, Act of God and theft are covered in the agreement
Duration of Agreement - All agreements will be for 24 months
What happens to the printer at the end of the agreement period? - After 24 months the agreement will cease and the printer remains your property. You have the option to continue on a month-to-month contract for the supply of consumables or you can upgrade to a new printer model and 24 month agreement - In the case of you upgrading to a new agreement, you can either make use of our "Donate a printer to a School" initiative or keep the printer for your own.
